- Take 500 gr minced beef
- Prepare 5 cloves garlic
- Get 1/2 large sized onion
- Prepare 3 tbsp honey
- Get 3 tbsp dark soy sauce

- Use 2 tsp sesame oil

- Provide 1 green onion

Steps to make Bulgogi:
- Chop all the garlic cloves and half of the onion and slice the rest of the onion
- Mix the aromatics and marinade with the pork and let it sit for at least 30 mins
- Stirfry the pork and sliced onion untill cooked
- Add sliced green onion and pour sesame oil on the bulgogi when it's done
- Serve with rice
