  5. Get Soya sauce enough to marinate

  7. Use grated garlic
  8. You need Mix of vegetable of your choice to stir fry Like onion, carrots, green leaves, sprouts, peppers, mushrooms
  9. Take chopped green chilli
  10. Provide katori boiled brown basmati rice
Instructions to make Fried vegetable brown basmati rice with marinated tofu:
  1. Cut the tofu in pieces.
  2. Prepare the marinate. Add soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Marinate the tofu for 1-2 hours (keep in fridge) and cook tofu in the grill till it's cooked
  4. On another hand, in a pan add oil, and sauté vegetables. Add salt, red chilli powder and green chilli. Mix well. Also add cooked tofu and soya sauce according to your taste. Mix gently.
  5. Add boiled rice, mix gently and serve hot.
  6. You can also use white basmati rice.

I didn't use min rice rather I had left over basmati rice which was why I made this to use it up! This marinated tofu is hands down the best tofu I've ever tasted! It's super flavorful, simple to make, and very versatile. I like to serve it on a bed of rice with stir fried vegetables, or even Once the tofu pieces are browned, pour any leftover marinade sauce into the pan with the tofu, and stir to coat. For my fried rice, I went with tofu.
