  2. Prepare Mango Chutney
  3. Get Rice
  4. Take basmati rice
  5. Take small onion / 1/2 large onion
  6. You need garlic
  7. Provide chilli (red or green) to personal taste on heat
  8. You need ground coriander
  9. Prepare ground cumin
  10. Prepare Garam Masala
  11. Use chicken stock

  1. Finely chop the onion, chilli, garlic
  2. Add cup of rice to a sieve and wash under cold tap. Shake as much water off as possible.
